What is the typical shipping timeline for furniture?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery partners will contact you within 10-14 days to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, RYE ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your RYE account dashboard.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At RYE, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified textiles to ensure your home is free from harmful chemicals.
